Returns & Exchanges
Not completely happy with your poster? We make returns simple and straightforward.
30-day return policy
You can return any poster within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Posters must be in their original condition and packaging.
What can be returned
- • Unframed posters in original condition
- • Posters still in their protective sleeve and tube
- • Items received within the last 30 days
What cannot be returned
- • Custom or personalized posters
- • Framed posters (unless the frame arrived damaged)
- • Items marked as final sale
How it works

Request a return
Email us at hello@poster-quote.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for the return.

Receive return instructions
We will send you a prepaid return label and packing instructions within 1 business day.

Ship it back
Pack the poster securely in its original packaging and drop it off at the carrier location.

Get your refund
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
Damaged or defective posters
If your poster arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours and we will ship a replacement immediately at no cost.
